The home has 26 bedrooms for Service Users, of which 25 are for single occupation. 12 bedrooms contain en-suite facilities. The bedroom sizes are all in excess of the requirements set out in the National Minimum Standards.
The rooms in the home for communal use are as follows:

▪ 2 Bathrooms
▪ 1 Shower room
