Dining

 

Service Users are encouraged to remain as independent as their capacity may allow, and to continue engaging in similar daily routines prior to their admission to Staley House.


Our kitchen team are focused on providing a varied, appetising and nutritional daily menu using quality and seasonal ingredients. All menus are displayed on the home’s Dementia-friendly menu board daily. We cater for various special dietary requirements.


A choice of breakfast is served in the dining room each morning. For those who prefer, we can offer breakfast in their room at a chosen time. Our lunch menu comprises of a three-course meal offering a choice of starter, main course and delicious desserts. A selection of teatime delights are served late afternoon in the lounges, Service Users own rooms or the dining room depending on personal preferences. Tea, coffee drinks and snacks are available throughout the day and at night for those Service Users who are perhaps light sleepers.

Meal times are as follows:-

 

Breakfast 7:00am – 10:00am
Morning Coffee 10:30 am
Lunch 12:00pm
Afternoon Tea 2:30 pm
Dinner 4:00pm
Supper 7:00 pm

Protected visiting for the dignity and privacy of residents (visitors can stay in their relatives bedroom during these times if they wish)
